The MIRL 17-900 CaF2 window is applicable for spectrum range between 150 nm to 8um with greater than 90% transmission from 250nm-7μm. CaF2 is relatively soft and somewhat affected by moisture. Its low index of refraction makes it useful without an anti-reflection coating.
